by Funny! I texted her before I went to Costco at another state yesterday. Asked if there’s anything I should look for that. She’s having a hard time finding Back home.
She asked me to find her some Wagyu slabs of beef. I said OK and I couldn’t find it so I asked one of the employees. They said that’s not something they carry. Because even that is a little pricey for Costco.
But when she was in Japan, she had horse meat tar tar! She said it was the greatest thing she had ever eaten the way they prepared it over there.
So back to the Wagyu, since I couldn’t find it in the store I went online to see if they had it there. I don’t know about you but $999 for a slab of Wagyu beef. It’s just a wee bit out of my “ I’ll pay you back” range of favors.
Especially since I was going to have to freeze it in the truck fridge after I chipped away all the ice and got the shit that’s been in there for a month out….
